RETURNS POLICY

Returns/Cancellations
For all standard items we can accept a cancellation within fourteen days of the order date or after receipt of your order, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the item/s in original condition and unworn with all the tags attached and enclosed in the original wrapping.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the order despatch date. Please note that we do not refund postage or gift wrap charges unless the return is necessary because of our error. Our returns time limit is one of the most generous available and exceeds statutory requirements - it is therefore not negotiable. 

How to return an item for exchange or refund.
Email: sales@openours.co.uk to let us know you wish to return the product and you will be given a reference number.  If you are outside the UK please mark the outside of the parcel clearly with the word "RETURN" and please ensure that the sender name on the parcel and documentation is the name of the person who ordered the goods. This should be a private individual, not a company.  Then send back the item/s enclosing the following information:

1.       Name
2.       Address
3.       Email Address
4.       Invoice Number
5.       Your requirements - refund or exchange
6.       Reason for return - i.e. wrong size, wrong colour etc.

Please note that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure returned goods arrive safely and we recommend obtaining a post receipt for items up to the value of £32 and signed for recorded delivery for items with a value in excess of £32.00 for UK customers.  Overseas customers are advised to use International Signed for post.  Refunds/replacement item will only be actioned upon receipt of the returned product.
